Job summary

Trend Studio in Galway City Centre is seeking a friendly, reliable and motivated team member for full-time, long-term roles across two sister retail shops. You will work Monday–Friday between both shops, supporting daily operations, staff and customer service.

The role offers progression to supervisory responsibilities with visa support may be available for the right candidate. Salary ranges: €14.15–€15.15 per hour depending on role and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisor or team leader experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Previous retail experience.
• Available to work Monday–Friday.
• Punctual, dependable and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Support customer service and staff across two Galway City Centre shops.
• Assist with stock organisation, merchandising and deliveries.
• Handle pricing, inventory and day-to-day store operations.
• Support charm jewellery making and heat-press product work as needed.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated person to join our team across two sister retail shops located on the same street in Galway City Centre.

The successful candidate will work between both shops, Monday to Friday, helping support the day-to-day running of the stores, our team and daily operations.

Pay & Experience

€15.15/hour – Supervisor

Minimum 1 year of previous supervisor/team leader experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Confident managing and supporting a small team

Able to take responsibility and solve day-to-day issues independently

€14.15/hour – Senior Sales Assistant

Previous retail experience required

Supervisor experience is not necessary

Opportunity to learn, develop and progress into a supervisor role

About the Role

Our shops specialise in jewellery, accessories, clothing and personalised products. We make charm jewellery in-store and also create clothing and other products using heat-press equipment.

You will help with customer service, staff support, stock organisation, merchandising, deliveries, pricing, inventory, charm jewellery making, heat-press products and the general day-to-day running of both shops.

We are a small, growing business and are looking for someone who wants to become a reliable, long-term member of our team and grow with us.

Visa support may be available for a suitable long-term candidate, subject to eligibility and Irish employment permit requirements

Pay: €14.15-€15.15 per hour
