Barbour is seeking a motivated Store Supervisor for our Kildare store on a full‑time, permanent basis. You will assist the Store Manager, oversee staff, and set a customer‑focused tone on the sales floor to maximise productivity and profitability.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, guide staff development, and ensure world class service. Flexible hours are essential to cover peak times.

Formación

• Experience in retail, preferably high turnover environments.
• Strong leadership with an authoritative approach.
• Ability to manage staff performance and resolve disputes.
• Proven ability to coach and develop others.
• Calm under pressure and able to work in a busy store environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with running the store on a daily basis in support of the Store Manager.
• Manage performance and address staff issues.
• Lead by example with high levels of service and attention to detail.
• Delegate tasks and supervise staff; provide coaching as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints not handled by staff; ensure satisfaction.
• Motivate employees and maintain safety and cleanliness of the workplace.
• Maintain strong communication with management and protect confidentiality.
• Support staff development and training initiatives.
