Job summary

Kelco Communications Ltd in Westport is seeking a Store Manager for our Vodafone retail store. You will lead the team, drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service and manage day-to-day store operations to meet targets.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a competitive weekly wage and an uncapped monthly commission. A clear path for career development and staff support are offered in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

Proven retail leadership with KPI-driven results.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to train and develop store teams to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of store sales performance and drive targets and KPIs.
Lead, motivate and coach the team to maximise performance.
Manage day-to-day store operations with high standards of compliance and quality.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback to develop staff.
Deliver outstanding customer experience and handle escalated queries or complaints.
Oversee store presentation, stock levels and operational processes to company standards.
Lead by example and engage with customers to contribute to sales on the shop floor.
