Job summary

Synergy-Security is seeking experienced Retail Security Officers to join our team in Galway City. The role offers permanent full-time employment with a rate of €16.51 per hour and opportunities to grow skills within global brands across industries.

Qualifications

QQI Level 4 Guarding Skills is required.
Private Security Authority Licence for Static roles is required.
Minimum 6 months industry experience is required.
Valid work permit/visa if applicable.
Basic IT skills are required.

Responsibilities

Protection of life & property.
Store patrolling and access control.
Customer service interactions on the shop floor.
Preparing reports and liaising with management.
Roaster-based shift scheduling and adherence.
General duties as directed by supervisors.
