Job summary

Synergy-Security is hiring a Security Officer for a dedicated site in Whitegate, Cork East. The role focuses on protecting life and property, controlling access, patrolling, CCTV monitoring, and responding to incidents.

You will work on a shift-based roster, with opportunities to develop skills across security systems and industry certifications, while contributing to a safe, compliant environment at a critical infrastructure site.

Qualifications

• Must hold Private Security Authority License - Static.
• Minimum 6 months security industry experience.
• Valid work permit / visa if applicable.
• IT skills with familiarity of security systems.

Responsibilities

• Protection of life and property.
• Vehicle patrols and CCTV monitoring.
• Access control and visitor management.
• Emergency response and incident reporting.
• Access inductions and customer service.
• Prepare security reports and logs.
