Synergy Security Solutions Ltd in Galway is seeking a Static Security Officer for the Front of the House. The role focuses on greeting visitors, managing front-desk activities, and ensuring safe premises.

You will handle emails, calls, and administrative tasks while coordinating with management to protect life and property. A minimum 6 months in security, QQI Level 4 guarding, and PSA Static license are required.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months industry experience.
Basic Guarding Skills – QQI Level 4.
Private Security Authority License – Static.
Valid work permit/visa where applicable.
Strong IT skills.

Responsibilities

Meet & greet visitors and clients.
Email communications with stakeholders.
Telephone communications and call handling.
Administration tasks and database updates.
Customer service and reports preparation.
Liaise with management; protect life and property.
Perform property patrols, CCTV monitoring, access control.
