Job summary

DFS Furniture PLC is hiring a Retail Sales Advisor in Blanchardstown, Ireland. You will help customers choose sofas, beds and finishes, delivering friendly service that turns visits into satisfied purchases.

Your role centers on connecting with customers, listening attentively, and offering product knowledge to guide decisions. You will drive sales through questions, honest advice, and a welcoming showroom experience, while supporting a collaborative store environment.

About the role:

As a Retail Sales Advisor, you are the heartbeat of the store, guiding customers to find the perfect sofa, bed, or finishing touches. You'll use your passion for great service to bring comfort and joy into every customer’s home.

We're looking for someone friendly and approachable who enjoys connecting with people. Full training is provided; no sales experience is necessary
