Job summary

You will closely support the Product and Commercial Manager and help develop the team to maintain high operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great product placement and visual standards.
• Maintain the customer journey focus in all decisions.
• Duty manage store operations including service, people and operations.
• Empower the team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Understand and use commercial tools to drive actions.
• Drive store KPIs such as sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion and RFID.
• Support store operations, including health and safety compliance.
