Job summary

Mejuri in Dublin seeks a Floor Lead to guide the in-store team, uphold Mejuri’s service standards, and ensure smooth daily operations on the sales floor. You will train colleagues, manage inventory, support sales, and promote services like piercing and engraving while hitting KPIs and delivering a premium customer experience.

This role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the stamina to stand for long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor and uphold Mejuri’s customer service standards.
• Train and develop team members, drive KPIs, and improve customer experience.
• Support inventory, order fulfillment, and back-of-house organization.
• Promote services such as piercing and engraving and manage visual merchandising.
