Job summary

Naylor's Equestrian Llp in Ireland is seeking a Supervisors to support the smooth running of the shop floor, lead by example, and help deliver high standards of service, presentation and store performance across every shift. You will guide colleagues, handle daily tasks, and work closely with Store Management.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, strong communication, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets expected standards.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with brand expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.
