Job summary

Halfords in Limerick is seeking a part-time Retail Team Leader to manage daily department operations and coach team members. You will assist in delivering exceptional customer service and drive to meet sales targets, with key holder responsibilities and adherence to security procedures.

The role is a gateway to management, with training and progression support across the Halfords Group, including product knowledge in motoring and cycling and a strong focus on team development.

Qualifications

• Experience of supervising or leading a small team.
• Experience delivering great customer service in retail or service business.
• Experience delivering on-the-job training / coaching to others.
• Experience of working to tight deadlines.
• Track record of achieving exceptional sales results.
• Ideally, some knowledge of motoring or cycling; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of a department.
• Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver market-leading standards.
• Support store management to ensure best service delivery to customers.
• Fulfil key holder responsibilities and follow security and stock loss procedures.
