Three Ireland (Hutchison) Limited is hiring a Retail Associate to deliver friendly, proactive customer service and match client needs with the right products and services. You will help customers use the My3 app and contribute to a high-performing store environment.

• Promote customer self-service through the My3 app.
• Drive sales by presenting solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Work towards personal and store targets with energy and a positive attitude.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Look for opportunities to improve processes or ways of working.
• Take on additional responsibilities where needed (e.g., cash management, mentoring, admin).
• Support and motivate teammates to succeed collectively.
• Share best practices and celebrate team wins.
• Collaborate with wider teams such as Customer Care, Business, and Credit to solve customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain high store standards through replenishment, clean displays, and attention to detail.
• Follow Data Protection and RLP processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
• Help create a welcoming, respectful environment for customers and colleagues.

Salary Range: €30,050.00 - 32,280.00

Specific Purpose Opportunity, until approx March 2027. Full Time role (37.5 hours per week)

€15.41 per hour, plus generous individual sales commission (OTE)
