Job summary

Three Ireland (Hutchison) Limited is hiring part-time Retail Associates in Ireland. This permanent, 20-hour-per-week role offers a base salary of €16,027 per year, plus a generous individual sales commission (OTE) of €2,875 and additional benefits, including 25 days leave, pension scheme, and life assurance.

You'll deliver friendly, proactive service, match customer needs to products, promote the My3 app for self-service, and contribute to a collaborative store culture that puts customers first.

Salary Range: €16,027.00 - 17,216.00

€15.41 per hour, plus generous individual sales commission (OTE)

• Deliver friendly and proactive service to every customer.
• Understand customer needs and match them to the right products and services.
• Take ownership of issues and follow them through to resolution.
• Promote customer self‑service through the My3 app using a “show, not do” approach.

• Drive sales by actively presenting solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Work towards personal and store targets with energy and a positive attitude.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Look for opportunities to improve processes or ways of working and share your ideas.
• Take on additional responsibilities where needed (e.g., cash management, mentoring, admin).

Be One Team

• Support and motivate teammates to succeed collectively.
• Share best practices and celebrate team wins.
• Collaborate with wider teams such as Customer Care, Business, and Credit to solve customer queries efficiently.

Be Kind

• Maintain high store standards through replenishment, clean displays, and attention to detail.
• Follow Data Protection and RLP processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
• Help create a welcoming, respectful environment for customers and colleagues.

Skills we’re Looking For
