Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including payments and order management.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using company systems and tools.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and transparency, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Provide product and service information to customers in a clear and enthusiastic manner.
• Support the team in organizing and maintaining service areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily service goals and customer satisfaction targets.
• Assist with inventory management and stock organization as directed.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skill set.
• Undertake any additional reasonable tasks as requested by your manager to support team operations.
