Sports Direct is seeking an Assistant Manager in Carlow, Ireland to lead a store team and drive a world-class customer experience. You will deputise for the Store Manager, model the brand values, and create an engaging environment for colleagues while developing succession plans.

You will support in delivering store standards, merchandising, and achieving commercial goals, with a focus on people development and delivering results.

• Assist and deputise for the Store Manager in leading the team and maintaining standards
• Be a role model for the delivery of a world-class customer experience and train your team to deliver this consistently
• Create an engaging working environment for colleagues
• Develop the best team possible by planning succession strategies
• Providing on the spot feedback, and celebrating success
• Support in delivering meticulous store presentation taking pride in implementing visual merchandising standards that align with the Sports Direct Brand
• Lead the team to ensure efficiency in following best practice to support commercial goals and brand knowledge
