Job summary

Excel Recruitment is recruiting a Retail Assistant Manager for a busy Dublin electronics and technology department. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Ideal candidates will have previous Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience in high-value, consultative retail settings, strong KPI management, and a passion for coaching others to achieve ambitious goals in a customer-focused operation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager / Supervisor in retail
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to drive sales
• Experience managing KPIs, targets and customer service standards
• Background in high-value or consultative retail sales is desirable
