Job summary

You will support the Store Manager, motivate and develop staff, drive customer service excellence, and manage stock, merchandising, and visual presentation to enhance the shopping experience. This is a hands-on role for a customer-focused leader with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Supervisor, Team Leader, Senior Sales Assistant, or similar retail leadership role.
• Passion for customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
