• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with enquiries, product information, and purchases in a warm and professional manner
• Operate the till accurately and handle cash transactions with confidence and attention to detail

• Replenish stock efficiently and ensure shelves are fully stocked, well-presented, and visually appealing Receive and process deliveries in accordance with company procedures, maintaining accurate records Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the retail area, creating an inviting environment for customers
• Monitor stock levels proactively and report shortages to management in a timely manner Adhere to all food safety, health and safety, and security procedures to ensure a safe shopping environment Support the team in achieving sales targets and contributing to a positive, collaborative workplace culture

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is desirable Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
