Job summary

Primark Stores Limited is hiring a Retail Assistant in Ireland. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional in-store experience, assisting customers with sizing, purchases or returns and keeping the shop floor and stockrooms well-organised.

You will work flexible hours including late nights, weekends and Bank Holidays, with a competitive hourly rate and an employee-discount benefit. The role offers opportunities for progression and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy retail environment preferred
• Excellent communication and a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an amazing experience, helping with sizes, styles, purchases or returns
• Set up a well-presented shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms and stockroom
• Deliver fast, friendly service at tills, handle queries, voids and returns
• Receive, unpack and price new deliveries, place products on the shop floor and maintain high standards

Applicants must be available to work 2 late nights.

16.30-20.30 on Wednesday

17.30-21.30 on Thursday or Friday

Must be fully flexible on weekends and Bank Holidays

Preferably to be available to work at least one afternoon – 14.30-18.30.

What will I be doing?

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be making our customer’s day, every day. Here’s what this looks like in action:

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you help them with things like sizes or styles, purchases, or returns
• Setting up a good-looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms and all the latest fashions, as well as keeping a tidy and well-organised stockroom
• Delivering a fast, friendly, efficient experience at till points, processing queries, voids, and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products on to the shop floor and ensuring they’re all correctly priced - all while making sure everything meets our high standards
