Job summary

KIN KHAO ATHLONE LIMITED in Ireland is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead daily operations, ensuring top‑quality food, service and guest experiences. You will recruit and mentor front‑of‑house staff, manage stock and costs, and uphold safety and licensing standards.

The role requires leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Right to work in Ireland is essential with opportunities to grow in a recognized Thai‑cuisine

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of restaurant management or senior supervisory experience.
• Level 4 qualification (Leaving Certificate or equivalent).
• Fluent English (C2) and strong leadership skills.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run the restaurant day to day, ensuring excellent food, service and guest experience.
• Recruit, train, rota and motivate front-of-house staff.
• Manage stock, ordering, suppliers and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety and licensing requirements.
• Handle bookings, feedback and customer issues professionally.
• Work closely with the kitchen team and owners to drive sales and consistency.
