You will work as part of a team to deliver person-centred supports and empower individuals in meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• FETAC Level 5 Health Care qualification required.
• Experience in health care essential.
• Interest in supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate empathy towards service users.
• Build relationships and understand care needs.
• Follow care plans and behavior support plans.
• Support independence, communication and personal development.
• Adhere to Delta Centre policies and procedures.
• Work a 24/7 shift pattern including nights.
