Job summary

Stone Seal, a division under Aardvark SMC Limited, seeks experienced resin and stone floor installers for high-end residential and commercial projects across Ireland. Earn progression toward Lead Finisher or Site Supervisor with overtime paid and accommodation provided where needed.

You will handle surface prep, grinding, polishing, sealing, and application of resin/epoxy overlays, working to tight tolerances and collaborating with a skilled team.

Qualifications

Experience in resin/epoxy flooring or terrazzo finishing at a professional level.
Ability to work to fine tolerances and deliver high-finish standards.
Comfortable with physical construction site work and travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

Carry out surface preparation, grinding, polishing, sealing and repairs to a high-spec finish.
Install and finish resin, epoxy and seamless overlay systems per manufacturer specs.
Install and polish stone, terrazzo and architectural toppings.
Operate and maintain finishing equipment and ensure site cleanliness.
Support junior team members and meet project timelines.
