Job summary

Kornfloor IRL Ltd requires multiple Concrete Finisher roles for their premises at Unit 7 Emyvale Ent Ctr, Main Street, Emyvale, Monaghan, H18 P521. The salary range starts from €50,000 to €65,000 per year based on a 43-hour week.

Salary will increase with additional hours and experience. Responsibilities include finishing concrete flatwork, operating ride-on power float and laser guided screeds, and inspecting curing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with concrete in a finishing role.
• Competent with ride-on power float.
• Ability to travel for work.
• Nice to have Telehandler license and valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, form, reinforce, level, finish, cure and joint all concrete flatwork.
• Operate powered equipment including ride-on finishing machines and laser guided screeds.
• Specialise in horizontal concrete surface finishes.
• Inspect surfaces for pouring issues and monitor weather effects on curing.
• Apply sealing and hardening components and ensure concrete is compacted.
• Estimate project completion time and manage patches/holes repair.

Job Description

Konfloor IRL Ltd requires multiple Concrete Finisher roles for their premises at Unit 7 Emyvale Ent Ctr, Main Street, Emyvale, Monaghan, H18 P521.

The salary range starts from €50,000 (22.36/hr) to €65,000 (29.07/hr) based on a 43-hour week.

Salary will increase proportionally if additional hours are required.

Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications.

• Prepare, form reinforce, level, finish, cure and joint all types of concrete flatwork.
• Operate a variety of powered equipment including ride-on finishing machines and laser guided screeds.
• Specialises in the application of all horizontal concrete surface finishes.
• Repairs and restore existing concrete surfaces and structures.
• Inspect surfaces for pouring issues.
• Monitor the effects of the weather on the curing process.
• Apply sealing and hardening components.
• Safely operate power equipment to ensure the concrete is compacted.
• Estimate the time for completion of the project.
• Fix the patches and holes in the concrete.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years workinbg with concrete in this particular role
• Must be competent and experienced using a ride-on power float
• Ability to travel for work

• Valid driving licence
