Qualifications
- QQI Level 5 Health Care qualification is essential.
- Understanding of Key Worker/Support Worker role and philosophy.
- Ability to plan with Person Centred Plans.
- Availability for rota work including evenings, weekends and waking night duties.
- Full, manual driving licence desirable to drive service vehicles.
- Permission to work in Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support to individuals in residential settings.
- Assist with daily living activities and routines.
- Support community participation and skill development.
- Learn about each person\'s needs and rights.
