Activ8 Solar Energies in Naas, Co. Kildare, is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead residential solar installations. You will manage end-to-end projects, guide installation teams and coordinate with operations, sales and procurement to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

Experience leading remote service or installation teams in a solar context.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Demonstrated leadership and accountability across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end residential solar installations from planning to completion.
Coach and escalate for Team Leads; monitor KPIs and address gaps.
Coordinate with sales, procurement and operations to ensure on-time delivery.
Develop and implement SOPs for installation, safety, and quality control.
Ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials with suppliers.
Provide regular project status reports to senior management.
