ICDS (UK) Ltd. is seeking a Site Engineer for a leading residential developer in North Kildare. You will set out works, supervise groundworks, and maintain QA documentation to support safe, efficient construction in line with drawings and Building Regulations.

Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering degree and 3–5 years' PQE in residential housing, with proficiency in GPS/Total Station equipment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree required in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years PQE in residential/housebuilding.
• Proficient in GPS/Total Station setting out.

Aufgaben

• Set out works for foundations, frames, floors and services using gridlines and levels.
• Supervise groundworks and subcontractors to ensure conformance with drawings and specs.
• Maintain site records and QA documentation up to date.
• Coordinate with design team to resolve technical queries and discrepancies.
• Provide latest revisions of drawings and ensure circulation to team.
