Job summary

Townmore Ltd. is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our busy project at Pinnock Hill, Swords, Co. Dublin.

You will work as part of an established team on site, delivering engineering outputs and ensuring quality and safety on a major project. The role requires setting out expertise, proficiency with Leica Total Stations & GPS, and the ability to read construction drawings and specifications. Experience with a main contractor or developer is preferred, with a proactive approach to

Qualifications

Experienced Site Engineer/Setting Out Engineer required.
Proven experience using Total Station and GPS equipment.
Strong setting-out and technical skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Experience with a main contractor, developer or specialist subcontractor.
A proactive, collaborative approach to quality, safety and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the engineering team to deliver works on site.
Carry out accurate setting out using Leica Robotic Total Stations & GPS.
Review technical drawings and manage RFIs using AutoCAD.
Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure works are delivered accurately and to specification.
Supervise concrete works and other construction activities as required.
Maintain quality documentation, site records and as-built surveys.
Contribute to achieving key programme, quality and safety targets.
