RAD Search is partnering with an established studio recruiting a Project Architect to deliver residential and housing schemes through 2026 and beyond. You will manage design development, technical coordination and construction information, working closely with the wider project team.

The role requires on-site experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors while taking ownership of project information. Hybrid working is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential or housing projects from planning through construction.
• Strong site experience with ability to manage technical information and coordinate with contractors and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development and technical coordination on projects.
• Coordinate construction information and resolve on-site issues with the team, clients, consultants and contractors.
