Job summary

Cairn is seeking a Technical Coordinator to manage design and technical aspects of residential projects in the greater Dublin area. You will coordinate consultants, run design workshops, and ensure adherence to Cairn design guidance and quality standards.

The role requires architecture/architectural technology qualifications, CAD proficiency, and strong knowledge of Building Regulations. Travel between sites and collaboration with the Technical Manager are essential.

Qualifications

Degree / Higher Diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
CAD proficiency and knowledge of design detailing.
Excellent knowledge of Building Regulations and standards.
Experience in residential design and customer-led housing approach.

Responsibilities

Brief and advise external consultants and subcontractors within timescales and budgets.
Coordinate pre-construction design and design team meetings.
Lead design workshops and present to Cairn teams for approvals.
Ensure quality and customer focus through detailed design and product specification.
Develop design guidance drawings and information booklets.
Liaise with in-house design and planning teams for technical guidance.
Travel between sites across greater Dublin and coordinate with Technical Manager.
