Job summary

Liquid Personnel is seeking committed and compassionate Social Care Workers to support young people in a residential care setting based in Wicklow, Ireland. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred support that promotes safety, stability and emotional wellbeing.

You will help create a nurturing environment, enable young people to thrive, and work within a trauma-informed, values-led team to deliver therapeutic care approaches and contribute to a safe residential setting.

Qualifications

• Level 7 qualification or higher in Applied Social Care or a related discipline.
• Full, clean manual driving licence may be required.
• Willingness to work a flexible rota including sleepovers.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, person-centred care to young people in a residential setting.
• Promote independence, education, emotional well-being and social development.
• Work within a trauma-informed, values-led team to deliver therapeutic approaches.
• Contribute to a safe, stable residential environment.
