Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a CSA Engineer based in Little Island, Cork to support civil, structural and architectural design services for pharmaceutical and industrial clients. The role centers on civil design including urban drainage, roads and site development, with coordination across disciplines.

You will work within multidisciplinary teams from concept to detailed design and construction, developing technical and project delivery skills in a fast‑paced environment while delivering high‑quality

Qualifications

• 8+ years post graduate experience in Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or Bio‑pharma sectors.
• Member of MIEI or MIStructE.
• Knowledge of BCAR, Building Regulations and Statutory Consent Processes.

Responsibilities

• Interface with client design teams and project stakeholders.
• Support delivery of design scope within budget and schedule.
• Prepare engineering calculations, reports, specifications and design documentation.
• Design and coordinate urban drainage, roads, site infrastructure and underground services.
• Participate in technical, safety and compliance reviews.
• Coordinate design activities with other disciplines.
• Identify and communicate technical issues impacting quality, cost or schedule.
• Attend and contribute to design and site meetings.
• Undertake site visits during construction and resolve technical queries.
• Assist in development of project schedules and procedures.
• Promote Arcadis Behavioural Standards, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion.
