Job summary

The Montenotte is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to join the Front Office team in Cork. You will ensure smooth bookings, manage rates across channels and respond to guest inquiries with a focus on upselling the hotel’s facilities and experiences.

Responsibilities include handling calls, liaising with departments, and supporting the Revenue Manager. Training and knowledge of Hotsoft are advantageous; a competitive salary and leisure facility access are offered.

• Control rates on booking channels and optimise yield.

• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage group bookings from booking to departure.
• Proactively sell bedrooms at the best rates and upsell experiences.
