The role supports the project on Closed-loop deep brain stimulation for Parkinson's disease, developing finite element and neural models and analysing EMG and speech data.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong analytical and computational modelling skills and the ability to work with clinical collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Develop finite element and neural models of DBS.
• Record and analyse electromyographic (EMG) and speech data; assist with experimental studies and provide engineering support to the research group.
