Job summary

Deloitte Ireland is seeking a Reporting Excellence Senior within Audit & Assurance in Dublin. You will join a growing team helping finance functions produce better, faster, and more reliable financial reporting while navigating transactions, new standards, and ERP/AI-driven change.

You will engage directly with client finance teams, applying IFRS and FRS 102 knowledge, supporting M&A and IPO readiness, and delivering clear accounting analysis across ERP environments such as SAP, Oracle, Workday

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong academic record and audit/advisory experience essential.
• Solid grounding in IFRS and/or FRS 102; US GAAP a bonus.
• Exposure to ERP/reporting tools (SAP/Oracle/Workday/Power BI) and interest in automation/AI is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Client Execution (65%): core engagement work, documentation, data analysis, reconciliations, disclosures, and testing.
• Technical Accounting & Problem-Solving (20%): research IFRS/FRS 102 questions, drafting papers, support for transactions, IPO readiness and ERP/AI adoption.
