Job summary

Allied Talent, on behalf of a growing Renewables firm in Dublin, is seeking a Finance Business Partner. A commercially minded, recently qualified accountant will work closely with project teams to influence decisions and support Ireland’s energy transition.

You will partner with project, development and leadership teams across a portfolio of large-scale renewable and infrastructure projects. The role blends financial control with commercial decision support and requires challenging non-finance

Qualifications

Commercially focused accounting professional with strong business partnering mindset.
Solid grounding in management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
Experience collaborating with project teams and leadership to challenge budgets and business cases.
Big 4 training desirable but not required for the right profile.
Capable of cashflow forecasting and cost tracking for multi-entity portfolios.

Responsibilities

Partner with project managers and senior stakeholders to challenge budgets, forecasts and business cases.
Provide scenario analysis and financial insight to support investment decisions.
Prepare monthly management accounts and commentary; support year-end and audit.
Own cashflow forecasting and cost tracking across multiple project entities.
Assist tax compliance and accounting treatment for development and operating assets.
