Job summary

RBK MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED seeks a Transfer Pricing Senior to join our International Tax – Transfer Pricing Team in Dublin. You will support a portfolio of multinationals and mid-market clients across pricing, compliance and advisory, under the direction of the TP Director.

The role involves end-to-end TP projects, benchmarking, documentation, and collaboration across tax, finance and operations. 2–4 years' TP experience and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' relevant transfer pricing experience in a professional services firm.
• Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS framework and local TP regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end transfer pricing projects, including scoping, benchmarking, and documentation (local and master files).
• Draft and review TP reports, memoranda, intercompany agreements and pricing analyses.
• Support TP audits, disputes and reviews; contribute to training and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with tax, finance, legal and operations on cross-border structuring and value chains.
