Job summary

Bookmap is seeking a proactive Social Media Marketing Specialist to grow its brand through organic channels, engaging a global community across stocks, futures, and crypto markets. You will develop content, manage multiple platforms, and collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product, and Education teams to support campaigns and launches.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Community Management, or a similar role.
• Experience managing and growing multiple social media channels.
• Experience planning and maintaining content calendars across platforms.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with excellent written English.
• Experience creating engaging visual/video content using Canva or Adobe tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Bookmap's organic social media strategy across multiple platforms.
• Manage and grow multiple social media channels with consistent brand messaging.
• Plan and maintain content calendars, editorial schedules, and publishing workflows.
• Create, publish, and optimize graphics, videos, educational content, product updates, and company news.
• Write compelling, brand-aligned copy to drive engagement and community growth.
• Monitor and engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages.
• Track performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and provide insights based on KPIs.
• Stay updated on platform updates and trends to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product, and Education teams for campaigns and events.
• Present performance insights and recommendations to the team lead.
