Job summary

Ethos is seeking a senior sales enablement manager to help train language model-driven presentation tasks. The role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated decks across core workflows. Candidates should have 4+ years of experience and an outstanding portfolio of decks used by large sales teams, with expert PowerPoint skills.

This is a fully remote, flexible 5–20 hours per week opportunity with ASAP start. Compensation is $70/hour. Remote work schedule is self-directed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales enablement, product marketing enablement, or field readiness.
• Portfolio of sales decks and playbooks adopted by large sales teams.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Train and enable sales teams using AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine decks across core workflows: first-call decks, playbooks, battlecards, launches, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Ethos clients and internal teams to tailor messaging and frameworks.
