Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced Sales Readiness Managers to help train an advanced language model on professional presentation tasks. This remote role offers flexible 5-20 hours per week with a competitive $70/hour compensation and ASAP start.

You will build and refine AI-generated decks across core workflows (first-call decks, playbooks, battlecards, product launches, training materials) and ensure top-notch PowerPoint craftsmanship and written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales enablement, product marketing enablement, or field readiness.
• Portfolio of sales decks and playbooks adopted by large sales teams.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Train AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop first-call decks, sales playbooks, battlecards, product launch enablement decks, and training materials.
