Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer (React & React Native) based in Ireland. You will build and evolve modern web and mobile experiences, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions while ensuring scalable, maintainable code.

You will collaborate across teams, own frontend decisions, and contribute to performance, testing, and CI/CD improvements in a dynamic environment. A proactive, ownership‑driven engineer will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional frontend engineering experience.
• Strong foundation in pure JavaScript and modern frontend applications.
• React 18+ with hooks, context, and patterns.
• Expert-level TypeScript with advanced types and strict configs.
• Experience with Redux, MobX, Zustand or similar state management.
• SPA/ PWAs and RESTful/GraphQL API integration.

Responsibilities

• Build UI components and enhance web apps using React and TypeScript.
• Develop mobile features via React Native, including cross‑platform SDKs.
• Refactor for maintainability, performance, and scalability.
• Write tests with Jest/Cypress and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate across teams and communicate trade-offs clearly.
• Optimize frontend performance across browsers and devices.
