Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech with R&D governance, PM, portfolio ops.
• End-to-end Stage-Gate knowledge across discovery to post‑marketing.
• Proven track record influencing senior leaders and driving consensus.
• Hands-on familiarity with PPM systems and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous detail.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead R&D governance committees across stages.
• Oversee end-to-end meeting mechanics and action tracking.
• Align decision rights with corporate strategy and governance.
• Prepare materials for executive committees and reviews.
• Lead integrated portfolio prioritization with Strategy and Finance.
• Link study capacity with portfolio milestones and manage risks.
• Coach teams for executive-facing presentations; ensure clear narratives.
• Design governance tools and dashboards and monitor metrics.
