Cornmarket Group Financial Services Ltd. is recruiting Financial Consultants to join our Partnerships Team nationwide in Ireland.

You will work with public sector clients to assess financial needs, offer tailored advice, and present financial solutions across wellbeing, pensions, risk protection and retirement planning. The role includes comprehensive training, support for qualifications, and a customer-first culture with flexible working options to suit life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in financial services is advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good attention to detail and comfort with numbers.
• Ability to manage time and balance priorities.
• Desire to work within regulatory and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with public sector employees and their families.
• Conduct comprehensive financial wellbeing consultations to understand needs and goals.
• Provide tailored financial guidance and recommend suitable solutions.
• Support clients with income protection, life insurance, pensions and retirement planning.
• Deliver presentations and educational sessions in public sector workplaces.
• Create exceptional customer experiences at every interaction.
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries and referrals.
