Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting and/or finance related positions.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech is essential.
• Experience in Clinical Trial Financial Management is essential.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems; Oracle a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly accruals for R&D project contracts aligned with budgets and timelines.
• Develop, manage, and track project budgets and forecasts with project teams.
• Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for early development programs.
• Provide clear financial insights to support study, portfolio, and business decisions.
• Prepare and post monthly and quarterly journal entries for project activities.
• Review and approve contracts and amendments ensuring alignment with policies.
• Develop scenarios and models to support pipeline decisions (progression, delay, termination).
• Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses related to projects.
