Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH in Cork invites a remote-based 12-month role supporting the FSQA performance assessment of PepsiCo’s beverage products across Top International markets. The position leverages consumer science, product quality, and market performance insights to drive data-informed decisions and strengthen competitive advantage.

You will collaborate with Product Development, Data Engineering and Consumer Science to update specifications, maintain the scorecard, and manage a near €3M

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience supporting Supply Chain, R&D, FSQA, or related functions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with data analysis experience.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Experience with budget management is preferred; document management systems are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor trade performance data and elevate out-of-spec trends to local teams for improvement.
• Partner with Product Development to track in-market formulas and maintain the specifications repository.
• Manage external vendor relationships to deliver against program objectives.
• Create Lab Advantage requests for consumer research and track to completion.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Consumer Science to update the digital Competitive Scorecard.
• Support financial management of a near $3MM program budget including PO creation, invoice tracking, forecasting, and calendar adherence.
