Job summary

PepsiCo Ireland is seeking a General Analyst in Quality at the Little Island site on a temporary basis for up to 9 months. You will be involved in testing products and preparing samples to ensure compliance with PepsiCo quality standards.

The role requires meticulous data entry, regression of QC samples in management systems, and adherence to GLP and ISO17025 requirements to maintain traceability and safety throughout laboratory operations.

Qualifications

• BSc in food science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accurate and timely testing of products in accordance with PepsiCo standards and procedures.
• Prepare samples for analysis.
• Registering QC samples in the laboratory management systems accurately.
• Ensure the accurate and timely analysis and disposition of products in compliance with ISO17025 accreditation.
• Meticulous attention to sample data entry and preparation.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment as required.
• Maintain all relevant records and samples in an organised system for quick and effective access to information with a particular focus on trace-ability.
• Adhere to safe lab practices and GLP.
• Organise the replenishment of relevant laboratory supplier.
• A requirement of this role is that all PepsiCo Health and Safety requirements are adhered to.
