Job summary

Camunda, the enterprise platform for agentic orchestration, seeks a hands-on leader to own the Product Development Process and the automation behind it. You will shape how we build products and run the PDP across Core and Experience tracks. You will collaborate with Engineering and Product Strategy, design workflows, and implement the automation, running it end-to-end.

This is a fully remote role. You should combine product sensibility with technical chops, building and validating agentic

Qualifications

Product, design and technical skills in one person; able to judge workflow usability and implement it.
Hands-on engineering with code and scripts, GitHub, CI/CD, APIs, and debug integrations.
Experience designing or changing a product or engineering process in a software company with 100+ engineers.
Practical AI agent experience building agents or agentic workflows that do real work.

Responsibilities

Own the PDP end to end for Core and Experience tracks, including process design and epic tracking.
Align the PDP with Product Strategy so initiatives connect with strategy.
Fix and run PDP automation (Camunda 8), including source control, tests, and monitoring.
Run Camunda Products on Camunda by building agentic processes used by our product teams.
