Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Product Designer based in Ireland to shape products from early problem definition through launch and iteration.

This full-time, fully remote role collaborates with product and engineering teams across web, mobile, widgets, and portals. You’ll contribute to design systems, prototyping, and AI-assisted workflows in a hands-on environment, prioritizing asynchronous communication and independence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional product design experience in SaaS, software, or similar environments.
• Excellent written and asynchronous communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own product design initiatives end to end from problem definition to post-launch iteration.
• Collaborate with product leaders, engineers, and designers to translate user needs into experiences.
• Design across surfaces: desktop web, native iOS/Android, widgets, and portals.
• Create and maintain high-quality Figma libraries and design-system patterns.
• Develop interactive prototypes to accelerate learning and decision-making.
• Work with engineering to review builds and balance visual fidelity with delivery needs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing and translate feedback into product direction.
• Communicate design thinking through specs, presentations, and asynchronous formats.
• Manage priorities across multiple product areas aligned with leadership.
