Job summary

WW Talents seeks Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects from Greece. The role is fully remote within Greece, requiring Norwegian at C1/C2 and English at B2–C1 levels.

Training is provided, with a relocation package including 4 weeks hotel, flight, airport pickup, and real estate fees. The position involves responding via phone, email, and chat; handling orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns; and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Norwegian language at C1/C2 level required.
• English at B2–C1 level, depending on the project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; customer-oriented and solution-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
