Job summary

Alignerr is seeking MPH graduates to train AI models on population health, biostatistics, and global health equity. Work remotely with flexible weekly hours, challenging LLMs on health evidence and ethical guidelines.

You will design advanced public health scenarios, author rigorous solutions from peer-reviewed sources, and audit AI outputs for accuracy and bias, while contributing to credible health policy analysis.

Qualifications

• Masters in Public Health (MPH) or MSPH or closely related graduate degree.
• Domain knowledge in at least two pillars: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health or Health Policy.
• Analytical writing to translate health data into clear, actionable information.
• Attention to detail in statistics, data citations, and health interventions.
• No AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex public health scenarios including disease outbreak simulations and health equity assessments.
• Author ground-truth solutions with step-by-step synthesis of peer-reviewed research and guidelines.
• Technical auditing of AI health advice for accuracy, bias, and ethical standards.
• Refine reasoning to improve how models convey risk to diverse populations.
