Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a motion graphics specialist for a remote role based in Ireland. You will create high quality motion graphics and video content for digital, social, and multimedia channels, and design assets for product launches and campaigns.

The position requires 2+ years in motion graphics, strong After Effects and Premiere Pro skills, and familiarity with branding and compliance standards. Collaboration with designers and editors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, or Fine Arts with 2+ years in motion graphics.
• Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with animation pacing, transitions, kinetic typography, storytelling.
• Ability to adapt motion content for social media and digital platforms.
• Bonus: Cinema 4D, Blender, Maxon or similar 3D tools.
• Knowledge of branding alignment and regulatory compliance in assets.

Responsibilities

• Create high quality motion graphics and video content for digital, social, and multimedia channels.
• Design and animate assets for product launches, campaigns, explainers, and storytelling pieces.
• Elevate brand expression through animation, pacing, typography, colour, sound, and VFX.
• Deliver bold, clean motion content aligned with Medtronic brand standards and compliance needs.
• Support static design when needed to ensure cohesive visual systems.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and creatives to deliver cohesive storytelling.
• Follow established animation standards and asset management processes.
• Review work for visual quality, technical precision, and regulatory compliance.
